    A patient was prescribed digoxin 125mcg daily but has then been switched to lanoxin elixir 50mcg/ml.
    What is the closest equivalent daily dose? (the bioavailability is 0.7 for tablets and 0.8 for syrup)

    (125/0.7) x 0.8 = 142.85713mcg

    50mcg in 1ml
    142.85713mcg in 2.8571426 =3ml to nearest whole number
