Chemotherapy- What drugs should not be injected intrathecally due to risk of serious CNS toxicity and fatality, and can cause extravastion injury?

A patient with Type 1 diabetes suffers from hypoglycaemia before meals with her bolus insulin injections which she takes 30 minutes before meals. Her insulin regimen consists of a two further injection – which is impractical and intensive.

What other bolus injections can you suggest that can be injected twice daily before meals?
